We believe in working out to get moving and feel our best. Our focus isn’t on dropping pounds or chaining ourselves to the scale, but rather appreciating what our bodies can do.
Most of us sit all day long, staring at our computers or watching TV – especially during 2020 when Netflix was our best friend. Our goal this year is to get up and get active, and we’re challenging you to do the same – whether it’s a walk around the block or a high intensity sweat-sesh, we are dedicating at least 30 minutes a day to moving our bodies.
To make life a little easier, we’ve mapped out some at-home workouts you can do in between zoom meetings, straight from your living room.
