How it Works
Pioneered in Australia, spinning cone technology is an innovative technique that allows winemakers to separate and preserve the essential flavors and scents of the wine during the dealcoholization process. During this process, the alcohol is gently removed from the base wine, leaving the finished product with less calories, less sugar, and no alcohol.
Check out how the spinning cone works.
Once crafted, our winemaker pours the wine into the top of the spinning cone column.
Rotating cones use centrifugal force to transform the wine into a thin film.
Nitrogen gas is fed into the bottom of the column to extract delicate aromas and flavors, protecting the wine from oxidation.
The process is repeated for the remaining liquid, but this time at a higher temperature to remove any remaining alcohol.
Voila! Straight from the vineyards into your glass, you now have a perfectly crafted and alcohol-free rosé.
